Response to CP 22/09 'knowing or reckless misuse of personal data - introducing custodial sentences'

As part of the EnCoRe project, which seeks to ensure the consent and revocation of personal data in a research context, HeLEX researchers have submitted evidence to the Ministry of Justice on the proposal to introduce custodial sentences for the knowing or reckless misuse of personal data.

HeLEX is recruiting for a Quantitative Researcher to design, execute, analyse and publish survey findings in a number of key areas around the research that HeLEX carries out. The post is offered full-time for a fixed-term of 2 years at Grade 7. Closing date for applications is 12 noon on Monday, 2nd March 2015.
